Cookies, analytics and advertising
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We and our partners use them to make the site work, to understand how visitors use it (for example with Google Analytics), and to measure and show our advertising (for example with Google Ads and Meta). This can include remarketing, where you may see our ads on other websites or on Facebook and Instagram after visiting this site.
You can control cookies in several ways:

- manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com

- opt out of many third-party advertising cookies at optout.networkadvertising.org.

This website and our business rely on some third-party services, which may process personal information on our behalf. These include FormSubmit (which delivers website enquiries to our inbox), Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Maps and Fonts), Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising), our email provider and our website host. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies to the information it handles.
When we share information
We only disclose personal information:
- to our staff and contractors who need it to do their work, and who are required to keep it confidential
- to the service providers listed above, to the extent they need it to provide their service
- when you’ve asked or agreed to us sharing it
- when required or authorised by law.
Overseas disclosure
Some of the service providers we use store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. By providing your information, you acknowledge it may be handled overseas. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers with appropriate privacy and security practices.
Client account data
When we manage advertising, analytics or website accounts for our clients, we may be able to see data held in those accounts. We access it only to provide the services we’ve been engaged for, keep it confidential, and remove our access when our engagement ends or when asked.
How we store and protect information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, change or disclosure. We use secure, password-protected systems and limit access to people who need it. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then securely delete or de-identify it.
